PAYMENT POLICY

To help customers pay for services easily and conveniently, Global Link Asia Digital provides detailed payment policy here.

1. Currency Units

Global Link Asia Digital accepts payment for services in the following currencies:

  • USD
  • SGD

However, depending on the type of service you use, the system will display the corresponding currency units for you to choose the appropriate currency for payment.

2. Payment Methods

Customers can choose from the following payment methods to pay for services:

  • Payment via Debit or Credit Card and E-wallet
  • Payment via PayPal payment gateway

3. Instructions for paying service invoices on Global Link Asia Digital Payment Gateway

Step 1: Select the appropriate currency unit you want to use for payment

Select the currency unit you wish to use for payment.

Step 2: Select the service to pay for

Select the Service corresponding to the service to be paid in the invoice. If you want to pay for services for multiple invoices, please contact Ms. Hanna (+84) 0938 199 617.

Step 3: Select the corresponding country of the service (if required)

Select the Country corresponding to the service used in that country. For example: Select Singapore for services in Singapore or select Other Country for services in the US, Hong Kong, Offshore, etc.

Step 4: Select available payment method

At this step, select the payment method as desired. Each payment method will have different transaction fees.

Step 5: Enter payment information

Enter the information fields displayed on the payment form, including:

  1. Payer's full name: Enter the full name of the person making the transaction (e.g., Nguyễn Văn A).
  2. Email address: Enter the email address that matches the information on the Order Confirmation.
  3. Invoice number or Order number: Enter the correct invoice number or order number (e.g., INV-20260001 or GLACCP-6868).
  4. Currency type: Select the appropriate payment currency (e.g., USD).
  5. Service amount: Enter the exact amount to be paid according to the invoice (e.g., 100).

Step 6: Confirm information and proceed with payment

The total payment will automatically display the total amount including service costs and payment gateway fees (if any). After checking the information, please check the box "I confirm that the payment information above is accurate and agree to the terms of service" and click the Proceed to payment button to complete the transaction.

4. Payment Regulations of Global Link Asia Digital

  • Transfer fees will be paid by the customer.
  • Excess payments less than 10% of the invoice value will not be refunded.
  • In case of refund, customers will bear an additional fee of SGD50 or USD40.
  • Payment exchange rates are updated quarterly or as determined by Global Link Asia Digital, based on international transaction exchange rates.
  • All contractor taxes arising from the regulations of the country where you reside will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.
  • The project will be terminated if the customer does not provide all required documents within 6 months from the payment date. In this case, Global Link Asia Digital will not refund costs, unless the project has not been implemented and you have notified cancellation of the project within 01 month from the payment date.
