Global Link Asia Digital offers various convenient payment options for customers. Businesses can make payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other secure online payment methods such as PayPal.
If the overpaid amount is less than 10% of the invoice value, Global Link Asia Digital will not issue a refund. Instead, businesses can request the overpaid amount to be deducted from the next service usage. If the overpaid amount exceeds 10% of the invoice value, Global Link Asia Digital will support a refund after deducting a transfer fee of SGD50/USD40, depending on the payment method.
Global Link Asia Digital applies international currency exchange rates. The exchange rate may change quarterly or be determined by Global Link Asia Digital based on international exchange rate trends.
Global Link Asia Digital does not charge any additional fees when businesses make payments to us (100% no hidden fees from the start). All additional charges businesses may incur come from the bank during international transfers and extra fees from payment gateways such as PayPal.
